West Bay Mechanical’s Directors
With the company since 1980
Ray Rozon started going to sites with his Dad when he was 14. He apprenticed as a plumber under his father and he has been working on-site for West Bay Mechanical ever since. He has been the Mechanical Superintendent of some of our premier projects, including the Naval Officers Training Centre and Royal Roads University’s Grant Building.
With more than 30 years of experience, Ray is a valuable member of our Design Build team. He holds the respect of the engineers, general contractors, developers and other Superintendents he works with because he is knowledgeable, personable and everyone knows that he’ll do what it takes to get a job done right. He doesn’t even mind digging – never has.
Ever-mechanically inclined, Ray is a car guy. He likes mud-racing and drag-racing and enjoys building engines in his spare time.
With the company since 1977
Ralph is known for how much he cares about his clients and employees. His sons describe him as persistent, hardworking, honest, experienced and the guy that will always go the extra mile - all qualities that he has passed down to his sons along the way.
Ralph apprenticed as a plumber under his brother in the early 70s and bought West Bay Mechanical from him in 1977. In the 13 years he ran the company, he also worked as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator.
Ralph tried retiring in 1990 when Ken took over as President, but it didn’t really suit him. He soon returned to oversee residential projects and now manages and maintains the company’s vehicle fleet.
Ralph and his wife were married in 1960 and together, raised a strong family and a strong family business.

GSC, Manager of Residential and Small Commercial
With the company since 1995
Dave’s colleagues describe him as dedicated, hardworking and extremely detail oriented. Before joining West Bay Mechanical, Dave and his father had a gas service and installation company specializing in residential projects, but Dave saw the advantages of merging with West Bay Mechanical. He and his father have both joined the company.
Dave started as a gas guy with a Class-A gas ticket, but soon moved on to work as a Project Manager and Estimator. Now, he manages West Bay’s Residential and Small Commercial division and is responsible for a team of over 20 people. He earned his Gold Seal Certification in 2006 as Project Manager, and he joined the ownership team as a Director of West Bay Mechanical in 2009.
Dave is a dedicated family man and occasionally makes time for building and driving Hot Rods.
