Over the years, West Bay Mechanical has developed excellent working relationships with mechanical engineers specializing in residential, institutional, commercial and industrial systems design. These are men and women we are proud to have incorporated into our team.
 

Working together, we provide our clients with mechanical system drawings sealed by the engineer, detailed mechanical specifications, code approvals, building permits, as well as scheduling and cost estimates for the project.
 

Once construction begins, the team’s project manager looks after all phases of the mechanical systems installation including purchases, delivery and storage, and co-ordinates our work with the other contractors on the project.
 

Upon completion, we inspect all the systems and assemble AS-BUILT drawings and documents for the building’s maintenance staff. At that time, our service team will be available to discuss a routine maintenance and service contract, and of course will be on call for any warrantee or emergency service issues.

West Bay Mechanical was brought into this project in a Design Build capacity and provided the complete mechanical system including plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, fire protection and controls. We retained the services of a mechanical consultant, worked concurrently on design and construction to meet construction schedule requirements and delivered a premium system, on schedule and on budget.
