Three generations of the Rozon family have owned, operated and worked for West Bay Mechanical.

 

The company has grown significantly from the days when Ralph Rozon started in the plumbing business, but our team is still guided by his operating principles: “the customer is always right” and “you treat every job like it’s your own, so you’re there until it’s done right”. Our corporate mission statement reflects that.

We employ licensed Journeymen, Apprentices, Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, as well as safety and administrative support staff in Victoria, and Nanaimo, BC. And we have built long-standing relationships with specialized subcontractors, vendors, Mechanical Engineers and construction companies in Whistler, across the Vancouver Lower Mainland, the Gulf Islands and all throughout British Columbia.

 

We have the people to take on design, installation, renovations, conversions, maintenance and service for mechanical projects involving plumbing, HVAC, gas fitting, fire suppression, controls automation, welding and fabrication, geothermal and solar systems and any other mechanical system needs.
